Right in the heart of the city, only a few minutes away by foot from Syntagma square -the main square of the city- and easily accessible of transportation. The Metro station is located a few meters away from the main entrance of the MAICC. It is also very close to major hotels, museums, shops, and fine restaurants, many of which are within walking distance.

The Megaron Athens International Conference Centre is designed to provide easy and inclusive access for all visitors. The venue offers step-free entry points, accessible restrooms on every level, and supporting facilities to ensure a comfortable experience throughout the building. Access from Vasilissis Sofias Avenue is available via ramps leading to the main foyer and ticketing area, with lifts connecting all major halls and event spaces. All conference rooms, exhibition areas, and public facilities are reachable through a combination of elevators and internal ramps, ensuring smooth circulation across the venue. Designated seating areas are available in the main halls to accommodate wheelchair users. In the Alexandra Trianti Hall, access is provided via internal lifts, with specially allocated spaces for wheelchair users within the auditorium. Flexible spaces such as the Banquet Hall also allow for adaptable arrangements. The venue includes accessible parking on multiple levels, with clearly marked routes leading to lifts and entrances.

Outdoor areas, including the gardens and dining spaces, are also accessible via step-free routes. For personalized assistance, support services can be arranged in advance to ensure a seamless and comfortable visit.
